Think of this plan as me in your back pocket for two weeks. Suitable for children from approximately four months, this plan is for those looking to maximise their child's sleeping potential both day and night.
Because this plan is created specifically for your child, I ask that you gather 5-7 days worth of sleep data before we get started. This means noting down all sleep they take within 24 hours. This gives us a great foundation to work from. How you track this doesn’t matter, just try to be as accurate as possible.

A preliminary questionnaire. This comprehensive questionnaire allows me to get to know a bit about your little one’s sleep habits and routines ahead of our meeting (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together).
A private, 90 minute video consultation in the comfort of your own home. We’ll delve into the ins and outs of infant sleep so that you understand how and why the plan I have written works. We'll go through the plan in detail so that you feel confident and excited to implement it.
A detailed, fully bespoke sleep plan that I will send across after our meeting, so no need to take notes!
Whatsapp support I will always aim to come back to you as quickly as I can. But I won’t be able to respond during the night, as I will be asleep!
Follow up telephone calls. We’ll speak the first two mornings after your first two nights and then every other day thereafter.
